Why Is This Trip Free?

Good question.

Imagine this: You have a boisterous and vivacious extended family overseas that you've never met. And you - with your busy schedule and relentless multi-tasking - may never get to meet them unless someone comes along and says:

STOP!
        Take a deep breath
                Grab a flight
                        Go and meet them...
and I'll pick up the tab!

In essence, this is exactly what the State of Israel, your local Jewish community and some very generous Jewish philanthropists are saying to you - we'll pick up the tab if you just take 10 days out of your life to meet your family - and in the process, discover yourself.

This is when you ask: "Great, but what's the catch?"

Another good question, and here is the answer: No catch, nada, nothing, zilch, zero,

In fact, the only action the sponsors of this free trip would like you to do upon your return is to let others know of its existence, so they too can experience the Taglit-Birthright Israel gift.

Hard to believe, but those are the facts!
